Redefining Cantonese cuisine with a refreshed menu
Executive head chef Nicky Ng revamps his menu at Mitzo of Grand Park Orchard to stay true to the philosophy of Cantonese fare. The focus on quality and execution sees a harmonious balance between classic and modern contemporary.
Appetisers include Mitzo Premium Dim Sum Platter with two servings of Royal Shrimp Dumpling with Caviar, Shrimp and Pork Dumpling with Baby Abalone, Steamed Dumpling with Shrimp, Scallop and Sea Urchin. The Mitzo Premium Starter Platter includes signature Mitzo Special Barbecue Pork, Prawn coated with Caviar Sesame Mayonnaise, Monkey Head Mushrooms with Salted Egg Yolk, and Lobster Claw in Cumin Sauce.
Dishes to try are Pan-fried Scallops with Milk and Egg White, topped with Crispy Scallop, which features fresh and firm scallops that have been prepared, served with a creamy sauce consisting of milk and egg white, before being topped with crispy scallop for added crunch.
On the list of Old favourites are Black Truffle Crispy Roast Duck, Peking Style Duck, Crispy Roast Pork Belly, Mitzo Special Barbecued Pork, Roasted Coffee Pork Neck served with Crispy Beancurd Skin and Chinese Pancake.
A sweet finish to your meal is the popular Chilled Avocado Milkshake with Rum & Raisin Ice Cream served with Deep-fried Chocolate Truffle Liqueur Dumpling.
Dim Sum Set Menus (3-course S$28++, 4-course $38++) are available alongside a la carte selections.
