Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore offers a 6-course dinner menu – and their intimate setting above the Orchard Road evening lights adds to the ambience

The romantic Valentine’s menu crafted by Executive Chef Sherwin Sim includes delicious aphrodisiacs such as the Foie Gras Macaron, Grilled Spanish Octopus and Smoked Salmon with Avruga Caviar to start, a rich and indulgent Lobster Bisque with Hokkaido Scallop and Ikura, and an exceptional Dungeness Crab Salad sets the tone for a special evening with your sweetheart. The ingredients are chosen for their sensual qualities, texture, colour and libido enhancing compounds.

The traditional Lawry’s Yorkshire Pudding baked in copper skillets and US Idaho mashed Potatoes complement the classic favourite Signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef. Fresh from the sea comes the platter of Baked Cajun Lobster Tail with Tobiko, Miso Salmon Steak and Carabinero Prawn with Arbequina. To end off the beautiful evening on a sweet note, is a seductive Manjari Chocolate Praline Dome, Häagen-Dazs Tiramisu Mochi Ice-cream and Strawberry Mousse.

Lawry’s team of little cupids will be on their toes all night to capture moments from the romantic dinner by providing photo-taking for every couple. The digital photos will then be individually sent to lovebirds of the night. To top it off, every couple will receive a bottle of sparkling wine Ruffino Moscato d’Asti as memento.
