Fritz Hansen Lounge Opens with Exclusive Launch Party

Scandinavian-inspired showroom features iconic classics and contemporary products of leading international designers

Fritz Hansen, in partnership with W. Atelier, launched the Fritz Hansen Lounge in Tan Boon Liat Building with a recent grand opening party. The exclusive launch party was attended by 200 guests comprising industry partners and members of the media, who were collectively enthralled by the Scandinavian-inspired showroom featuring Fritz Hansen’s iconic products.

The exclusive Denmark brand was founded in 1872 with the mission to craft timeless design. The Fritz Hansen collection consists of world-famous classics and contemporary products – all made in collaboration with leading international designers such as Arne Jacobsen, Poul Kjærholm, Piero Lissoni, Kasper Salto, Jaime Hayon and more to come.

More than just a showroom, the Fritz Hansen Lounge is a lifestyle space that encourages people to hang out and relax in any one of the individual cozy spaces while soaking in the intricately-designed interiors. Fritz Hansen’s cool, contemporary edge was perfectly encapsulated by the night’s launch party where guests were entertained with hits by DJ Kaye from Darker Than Wax. Free-flow artisanal cocktails by EC Proof and a mixologist kept guests happy and on their feet throughout the entire night.

Special guest Jaime Hayon was the star of the night – he was the mastermind behind the exquisite interiors of the Fritz Hansen Lounge and his new JH97 lounge chair made its first appearance since it was launched at Milan Design Week 2019.

The Fritz Hansen Lounge is the first showroom designed by Jaime Hayon in South East Asia and looks set to be abuzz by eagle-eyed design aficionados looking for strong luxury pieces in impeccable style.

The Fritz Hansen Lounge is at #13-08 Tan Boon Liat Building, 315 Outram Road, Singapore 169074, Tel: +65 6637 9602.
