Artemis Grill Extends Happy Hour

Artemis Grill extends its Happy Hour, taking the current 7pm end time up to bar closing, all week. Kicking off today, Happy Hour starts at 3pm and now lasts until the doors close. This includes Friday and Saturday nights – seeing you through your summer evenings until September 2019.

Head up to the 40th floor of the CapitaGreen building, in the heart of the CBD, to Artemis’ iconic Sky Lounge rooftop bar to enjoy your favourite beers at just $10 each, $15 for cocktails, signature G&T’s, as well as $15 wines that includes Prosecco.

As for the cocktails, there are five classics from the house list, carefully crafted to cater to all. Fancy fizzy? Try the Blondie. Prefer fruity? Order a Pretty In Pink.

ATLAS New Dining Menu by Loki Lynch

Australian Executive Chef Loki Lynch curates a selection of modern European dishes offered in ATLAS’ new dining menu. Originally hailing from coastal Australia, Loki spent most of his professional career in Sydney before moving to Singapore. From the cold section you’ll see items like taramasalata with radish, zaatar, green olive oil and bagel chip, a traditional Greek mezze made from smoked cod roe. For mains the list includes a classic French bistro dish of steak frites with bone marrow butter, capers, watercress and thin fries. Banana and caramel cream pie with chocolate shavings sweetens the dessert list amidst other choices.

Janice Wong Singapore Japanese Style Mooncakes

This year Janice Wong Singapore celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival in true Japanese style with the limited-edition Mooncake Box Set. The Mooncake Box Set (S$65) is a box of nine specially curated snow-skin mooncakes, inspired by various Japanese ingredients representing its respective prefectures such as kinako (roasted soy flour) from Hokkaido, ume (Asian plum) from Wakayama, hojicha (roasted Japanese green tea) from Kyoto and chestnut from Kumamoto, each mooncake embodies the signature flavour profiles of each prefecture in Japan. The limited-edition Mooncake Box Set will be available for pre-order online from 1 July 2019.

The Flavours of Singapore Buffet at The Line

Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday dinner from 18 July to 10 August 2019

To commemorate Singapore’s 54 years of nationhood, The Line at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore and Chef Raymond Yin Teng Poh present local food inspired by the traditional street food of the 1980s. Enjoy tropical fruits, including durians and retro snacks, as well as nostalgic food and beverage favourites from the restaurant’s 16 live-cooking stations. Childhood snacks include Kacang Puteh, Satay Ampai, White Rabbit Sweets, Lobster Cube Biscuit, Wheel Crackers and more. Food and beverage highlights include Yong Tau Foo, Oyster Omelette, Bak Kut Teh, Iced Bandung, Chendol and Soya with Chin Chow. These highlights will be served along with a wide range of international delights from the buffet.
