Traditionally, many Americans gather with their extended family on Thanksgiving Day to show their appreciation, and to enjoy a special meal together on the last Thursday in November. It’s about bonding, memories and love.

For this special occasion, Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore offers a 4-course Thanksgiving Special menu from 1-30 November, except on Thanksgiving Day (28 Nov). It features must-have dishes such as their Signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef.

A Time to Remember with loved ones and friends: November 4-Course Set Menu

Start off with a Freshly Baked Homemade Bun – warm and crusty with a knob of butter.

Move on to a refreshing STARTER of The Famous Original Spinning Bowl Salad, which sets the jovial tone as a waitress expertly spins a bowl of salad greens on ice while pouring dressing from height.

For the APPETIZER there is a touch of luxury with the Foie Gras, Hokkaido Scallop and Chicken Gyoza – Pan Seared Goose Foie Gras with homemade Red Wine Raisin sauce, Grilled Hokkaido Scallop with Strawberry, and Mango salsa Chicken Gyoza with Wasabi mayonnaise. The selections offer flavours that are balanced with a touch of zest and prepares you for the indulgent feast that follows.

Next comes the MAIN with your choice of:

Signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef – Memories are made with this specialty of 150grams Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef, which is carved at your table and served with US Idaho mashed Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding, whipped Cream Horseradish and a choice of creamed Corn, creamed Spinach or buttered Peas.


USDA Grilled Pork Rack – Delicious this time of season, the Grilled USDA Pork Loin is served with roasted US Idaho Potato Wedges, sauteed Vegetables and homemade smoked barbecue sauce. Tender and moist and copious with smoky flavours, the pork rack adds to the good mood vibes.


Oven Baked King Salmon and Tiger Prawn – Seafood lovers are not left out. The succulent King Salmon fillet is oven roasted together with fresh Tiger Prawn, and then laid over perfectly cooked Angel Hair Pasta.

It’s not over yet as family and friends have more time together to enjoy the occasion with a choice of DESSERT. Add sweetness to the festive joy with Sweet Homemade Strawberry Mousse Cake with Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream consisting of luscious homemade Strawberry Mousse Cake with fresh Sponge served with Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream.


Panna Cotta with Berries Compote with Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream Vanilla – Jiggly Panna Cotta is topped with a wonderful balance of sweet and tart Berries sauce served with Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream.

What Makes the Lawry’s Prime Rib so Special

With years of culinary experience steeped in heritage, less than five percent of all beef sold in America meet the strict standards of Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore, yet the top-grade beef that is served is of the same quality today as it was when the restaurant first started.

Each standing rib roast is aged for up to 28 days to heighten tenderness, then slowly roasted on beds of rock salt to force the juices inwards and ensure uniformly juicy, flavourful meat. It is then carved from the famous Silver Carts and served together with the traditional Lawry’s Yorkshire Pudding baked in copper skillets and US Idaho mashed Potatoes, all perfectly complementing the classic favourite Signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef.

The Tradition of the Original Spinning Bowl Salad

Before the Main Course is served Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore continues the tradition of a dramatic show of salad tossing. This breaks the ice with the guests and sets an enjoyable tone for the meal. A blend of crisp Romaine, shredded Beets, chopped Eggs and Croutons, are tossed with an exclusive Classic Vintage dressing in a salad bowl spun on a bed of ice. The dramatic part is when the waitress tiptoes and stretches an arm high over her head to drizzle the dressing as she spins an ice-bed bowl of salad leaves. It takes skill, and culinary finesse. There’s no other salad in the country more dramatic than Lawry’s Famous Original Spinning Bowl Salad.
