Starting at $88++ per person, the set menu begins with the Trio of Appetizers, featuring premium dishes such as Abalone, Pork & Shrimp Dumpling, Roselle & Truffle Chicken Dumpling and the Caviar Shrimp Dumpling. Followed by a quintessential bowl of Double-boiled Fish Maw with Assorted Fungus in Chicken Consommé.
For mains, indulge in the Lobster topped with Preserved Red Yeast & Garlic in Soya Sauce; or the Udon & Scallops in Carrot Broth features fragrant thick noodles, topped with lightly seared scallops, in a wholesome broth.
Exclusively on Mother’s Day weekend, treat your beloved mum to an enhanced brunch buffet on Saturday, 11 May and Sunday, 12 May 2019, from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm. Priced at $78++ per pax, the weekend brunch features a specially made Orange & Sesame Barbeque Pork.
